Geno is dedicated to delivering trusted plumbing services and advancing trade education. A third-generation plumber, Geno grew up in the family business, gaining invaluable experience before earning a degree in Entrepreneurial Management from San Francisco State University.

Under his leadership, Caccia Home Services launched Caccia University to train the next generation of plumbers and ensure that the trade continues to thrive. Geno also serves as Vice Chairman of Nexstar Network and is a passionate advocate for workforce development and community growth.
