The technician, Pablo, was extremely communicative. We had a pretty bad water leak in our hot water heater. We are impressed with Caccia Plumbing, and always have been! They are well established and known for true expertise, professionalism, and trustworthiness! They have been around for decades! They have done both small jobs and a few larger,, more significant jobs for us. We have always been supremely satisfied. They provided us with a few service options with transparent pricing from the basic fix it option up to a more preventative option as well aa an upgrade option for an older house. The operations and scheduling staff is responsive, polite, proactive and thorough in keeping me up to date on scheduling.
