Name: Geno Caccia
Role: Board Member
Geno Caccia is a business leader who believes strong companies are built on strong values. Since joining Caccia Home Services after graduating from San Francisco State University in 1997, and serving as CEO for 17 years, he helped transform a family founded business into a respected, growth oriented organization grounded in people, culture, and long term impact.
His leadership is rooted in the principles instilled by his father integrity, accountability, and doing right by others. As his father always said, “Do the right thing every time.” That belief continues to guide every decision he makes.
Committed to advancing the trades, Geno served as President of both the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors of California and San Francisco, and later as Vice Chairman of Nexstar Network, one of the industry’s most impactful organizations. He also founded Caccia University and the Ride and Decide program, giving high school students the opportunity to explore the trades by riding alongside experienced professionals and creating a pathway for the next generation.
Today, as a Board Member, Geno serves in an advisory and governance capacity, focused on long term strategy while pursuing new opportunities to build and invest beyond the business he helped grow.
Geno’s belief is simple when you lead with values and invest in people, success follows and impact lasts.
