For bigger projects and work that takes multiple days, we break the cost down into progress payments of 45%, 45%, and 10%. You’ll pay a little under half upfront and another 45% at the halfway point, but the final 10% isn’t due until the work is finished.
Each payment is charged directly to your GreenSky balance, but GreenSky won’t release the money to us without your explicit approval. You’re fully in control at every step!
