In addition to discounted rates and priority scheduling, the plan also includes an annual visit with important proactive maintenance done and an inspection performed.

Are there any other benefits to membership?

Yes. Beyond the headline benefits: one water heater flush per year (tank or tankless, performed during a scheduled appointment; mention it when you book and we’ll make it happen), one complimentary sewer cable cleaning per year (up to 90 minutes, internal or external drains), and a complimentary sewer inspection.

Yes. Your membership can move to your new home, or to the buyer of the home you sell. It’s a nice thing to hand over at closing.

No. The plan is month to month with no annual contract. Cancel anytime.

Yes. We’ll happily apply it toward your first service call.

Yes, absolutely. You can use this benefit whenever you like.

Warranties and the workmanship pledge cover products we install. They don’t apply to maintenance services like drain cleaning.

Yes. Just note that some items covered by a manufacturer’s warranty may need to be factory-authorized for home service.
