Caccia Plumbing will return to your home to repair and or replace any part, product, or piece of equipment we provided and installed for three years from the date of installation – free of charge. some items covered by the manufactures warranty may require factory authorized in home service.

Complimentary Drain Cleaning

One complimentary sewer cable cleaning per year. Whatever the stoppage may be, our plumber will come and cable the line at no charge to you for up to 90 minutes. We will also provide you with a complimentary sewer inspection. This service can be used for both internal and external drains.

System Vitals

Water pressure, Water Temperature, Age of Equipment, Shut-off Valve ID & Tagging.

Water heater flush (standard tank style water heater and tankless water heater) will be performed up to once a year and at time of other service appointment. Just ask and we will make it happen!

Is the plan transferable?

Yes, it is. Your Caccia Care Club can be transferred to your new home or to the buyer of the home you sell.

Can I use the $100 off on the day I sign up?

Yes, absolutely.

Is there an annual contract?

No, the plan is month-to-month with no annual contact.

Can I use my complimentary drain cleaning on the first call?

Yes, we’ll happily apply it toward your first service call.

What if I cancel after 1 month?

It’s such a fabulous deal, we’re confident you won’t. However, if you decide to leave after one month, we’ll part ways on good terms and hope to hear from you in the future.

How does the warranty work on drain cleaning?

Warranties and workmanship are for products installed and do not apply to maintenance services.

What happen if issue arises with workmanship/ warranty period during time when Caccia not open
